An erratic German driver clipped one car and smashed into another in central Pattaya.
The unidentified foreigner was holding a dog and acting either ill or drunk when police arrived on Soi Buakhao Oct. 6.
Panupong Kasempojsirikul, 50, said the German was driving a Mazda in the opposite lane erratically and clipped his vehicle. The German then hit three parked motorbikes and stopped when the Mazda crashed into a parked car.
The German was detained for a blood-alcohol test.
