Dominik Stamm, general manager of the Amari Orchid Resort Pattaya and Orapin Musiknavabutr, executive assistant manager, along with the hotel management team paid courtesy visit to Chonburi Governor Sawang Srisakun.


The Association of Filipinos in Thailand – Eastern Chapter held their first monthly gathering of the year on January 26 at Corel Island. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the champagne, sea, sun, swimming and lots of singing. The day trip was organized by AFT-ERC President Virginia Sorensen.


Chinese New Year was the occasion Lynne and Richard Penn chose to renew their wedding vows. Taking place on the grass terrace of the Bay Restaurant at the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel, the couple repeated the words and promises originally done 7 years ago. Father Joe Vallope of the St. Nikolas Church Pattaya was present to do the blessings for the happily married couple while friends and other hotel guests were watching the open air-ceremony.


Mrs. Sues Ewers (middle back) brought her whole family from England to Pattaya and stayed at the Diana Inn. She said everyone was impressed with the service and warm welcome that Diana Staff gave to them.


Mrs. Supattra Nunimitr, public relations manager and Miss. Kanitta Kanya, sales department of the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel welcomed a group of students from Rajabhat Institute of Buriram on their educational trip to the hotel.


Reg and Dot from Newcastle enjoying their third holiday in less than a year in the Queen Victoria Inn.
