Emilia-Romagna, the southern part of the Lombardi. The huge glaciers in the Alps provide the rivers with plenty of fresh spring water and this makes the soil perfect for snap green meadows for farming and fodder for cattle breeding. What makes this region different from the rest of Italy is that with the plenty of fresh milk from the cattle breeding, butter is here more important than olive oil. For this promotion the Dusit chef has chosen a nice selection of dishes which he will prepare you a la carte March 3 – 14 from 6.30 to 10.30 p.m. at the Bay Restaurant in the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel, daily except Saturday, when the well-known B.B.Q. buffet is on.
