The 156 graduates of the fourth Banglamung Behavior-Modification Camp received completion certificates from District Chief Chawalit Saeng-Uthai at Jittapawan Temple May 22.
Before handing out certificates, Banglamung District Chief Chawalit Saeng-Uthai addresses 156 rehabilitated addicts.
Thirty of those treated at the Banglamung Drug Rehabilitation Center hail from Naklua, 83 from Pattaya and 30 from Huay Yai. The camp lasted nine days and eight nights.
Despite the small amount of time spent in treatment - other programs around the world last 30-90 days - officials claimed the addicts had been cured.
Treatment included activities designed to instill discipline, sharpen life skills, education on legal penalties and health effects of drug use, exercise and group therapy.
