Title deeds arrive right on cue for Iguana’s Park Lane project

All 609 unit owners of the Park Lane Jomtien Resort are now ready to move into their units with the title deeds after the chanotes (title deeds) were received by the project developer, Iguana Group, at the beginning of the month.

Miki Haim, Managing Director of Iguana Group with the chanotes for the Park Lane development.

Miki Haim, the managing director of Iguana, revealed to Pattaya Mail and Pattaya Mail Television that it was unusual for developments in the city to offer this kind of expediency to their customers.

“I don’t see too many projects in Pattaya that give the title deeds along with the keys when they move in, but we do it,” said Miki. “We originally planned to finish this project in September 2010, but on the 10 of August all the 609 chanotes arrived at our Iguana office.”

“I knew back in 2007 that I could not do this project alone,” added Miki. “No one believed that we could build it all by ourselves, the same way we made the Heights Park building 1, so we took all the staff, all the people here, and everybody joined together to help us from 2007 until the present day.

“Our staff grew maybe 10 times over the period and I want to say first of all a big thank you to the construction team, the accountants, who help us a lot with the income and all expenses, and of course especially the sales team. It was a big mission to sell 609 units but with everybody working together we succeeded and this is the result of their hard work, so I want to say thank you to them all.”

Miki concluded by adding, “Now it is the time to call all our customers, to explain to them what they will get, show them that they will be satisfied and see what will they get from the beginning and what kind of furniture we offer them in their units including TV, sofa, everything. The idea is not to make beautiful showrooms and deliver unsatisfactory designs. We try to do the opposite so that when a customer comes inside Park Lane they can see what we really do for them.”

APUS Condominium wheelchair facilities a big hit with customers

Apus Condominium.

In May of this year APUS Condominium decided to offer full wheelchair access in its ground floor rooms, the developers decided to offer extra wide door openings suitable for wheelchairs, grab bars in bathrooms and showers, specially adapted toilets, light switches at 1m in height, centralised lighting control pad, and a ramp to the private balcony.

“We decided that this was a good move for us, often these types of facilities are not given any thought from developers and overlooked,” explained Marketing Director Jason Payne. “I personally took on the task of consulting with various disabled and wheelchair associations and if I’m honest the job was bigger than I was expecting as every customer’s needs are different, however, by us taking the basics into consideration this has put us in good stead.”

Since the launch, APUS Condominium have received inquiries from both customers living locally and in various other countries.

“We have made sales through this, and it has been very rewarding hearing our customers genuine delight when we can assist them in the changes that are required. Our clients are telling us that no other project has offered this service to them before and they are very grateful, which is great news for our project,” added Jason.

“We have decided also in addition to the room changes, wheelchair ramps for the main building and swimming pool access, to go that extra step and also install a wheelchair specific lift so that our clients can enjoy the delights of our resort style saltwater swimming pool,” Explained Jason.

APUS Condominium will change and adapt a room to meet a client’s specific needs and in most cases will not charge for the room modifications.

APUS Condominium is located in Central Pattaya within walking distance to Carrefour supermarket and located as such that beaches, nightlife and hospitals are all within a 5-10 minute journey.

This luxury low-rise development has two 7 storey buildings each housing just 79 units which all overlook the stunning free-form saltwater swimming pool and tropical gardens. The developers are offering 2 years interest free finance to all that apply and the project which is currently 70% sold will complete this month. (PRLog Press Release)
