The Sheraton Brand Team would like to announce the launch of the “Link @ Sheraton” at the Sheraton Pattaya Resort. The “Link” is being piloted in Asia Pacific at this Sheraton hotel as part of Sheraton’s on-going Building World Class Brands efforts.
The project was born out of guests’ needs to have a sense of community, connectedness, and belonging while on the road. In keeping with Sheraton’s new core values of warm, comforting, connections, the “Link” provides a place within Sheraton where guests can keep up with what’s important to them, where they can work, relax, fit in and feel a part of a community. More than just Business Center space, the Link invites guests to come out of their room to enjoy the energy and social aspects of the hotel.
Designed to deliver a sensory experience that represents Sheraton’s new core values to our guests, the Link immediately signals a change in Sheraton’s positioning as one enters the hotel and provides support and rationale for why consumers should believe in the direction of the brand. The Link is filled with useful features and amenities that instantly connect guests, so “out of town” never means they have to be “out of touch”. Specific benefits include:
