Somsak Tanruengsri, general manager of Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa, was honored to welcome Thailand’s German Ambassador, HE Dr. Hanns Schumacher, to the hotel. The ambassador came to visit the resort to attend the 4th Advisory Board Meeting from the Thai-German Partnership Program for Enterprise Competitiveness.


 

On behalf of Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, the International Marketing Team led by Ann Wangviriyaphan (left) and Rattinan Akkaralephong (right), head of Dental Department recently presented Christmas gifts to the children at Fountain of Life.


After the successful charity pub crawl on November 1st which raised 102,000 baht the Charity Club of Pattaya’s treasurer Vic King (right) called in to Tropical Bert’s, home of the British Legion Thailand, to hand over a donation of 51,000 baht to the Poppy Day Appeal. Vic handed over the money to Buddy Ditchburn (left), one of the organizers of the Poppy Appeal. The other half of the money will be donated to the Prostheses Foundation in Chiang Mai.


The Montien Hotel, Pattaya led by Pakorn Srisook, executive assistant manager recently organized a ‘sales blitz’ on the theme of ‘Keep smiling and have fun’ for the Laem Chabang & Maptaput Industrial area to thank its clients.


Pattaya’s German Speaking Ladies Group recently enjoyed their annual Xmas luncheon at Casa Pascal with lots of Christmas flair.


As part of Amari Green Initiatives, a beach cleaning activity was recently organized by Amari Orchid Resort & Tower, Pattaya, at Koh Sak with the staff and management team, led by Dueanpen Thongsombat (6th left), senior sales manager. This event is held regularly to help keep beaches in the region tidy.
