A cocktail party was held recently at the amazing site of The Cove
condominium project, located on a private white sand beach adjacent to Wong Amat
beach in north Pattaya. Invited guests were welcomed to view the magnificent
show units and also survey the progress of the construction site.

Catered for by the Amari Orchid Resort, food and drink was served at the party
to the accompaniment of some light entertainment from a live band, and as
twilight descended on Pattaya the guests soaked up the amazing ambience offered
by The Cove with its panoramic views across the bay.
The Cove condominium offers an ‘unparalleled’ standard of living in the heart of
Pattaya, a city renowned for its exciting nightlife and daytime leisure
activities. The developer, Petch Property Development Co., Ltd., under the
leadership of President & CEO Itthi Chavalittamrong, had an ambition to develop
some of his family’s land in Pattaya, and following a decision to make a move
into the property development business, it was then a matter of deciding what to
build and where to start the construction. A large family allotment near Wong
Amat beach was singled out and thus the vision of The Cove condominium was born
- a vision that is now fast becoming a reality. After a period spent surveying
the land and obtaining the relevant planning permission, the professional
consultants and construction teams have set to work on building Itthi’s dream.
With
the foundation work completed, the construction work is bang on schedule.
Itthi told assembled guests at the cocktail reception: “Besides offering
professional and accurate service in any and every aspect, it is my utmost aim
to provide you with exclusivity and the highest standards possible to match your
individual requirements. Together we will set new standards in high-end living
and boost the region’s real estate market to a greater height.”
The unique style of The Cove harmonizes nature with its state-of-the-art
‘seashell-shaped’ design, blending ultimate luxury living within the natural
surroundings. This future landmark will provide exclusive units of ocean-view
residences along with world-class leisure facilities including a fully-equipped
fitness center, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, squash courts and a commodious
business center to complete the beachfront living experience.

Thailand’s leading telecommunications providers better known as DTAC, have
signed Thailand’s largest ever office lease at Chamchuri Square, owned by
Chulalongkorn University. The company signed a lease for 61,000 square metres of
office space.
Chamchuri
Square, Bangkok.
The building developed by Thailand’s prestigious Chulalongkorn University is
situated on Rama IV Road with direct access to the Samyan MRT station. The
development has a 90,000 square metre office building link to 22,300 square
metre retail podium. There is also an apartment tower with 126 residential
units.
“This is the largest office transaction in Bangkok’s history,” said Nithipat
Tongpun, Director and Head of Office Services at CB Richard Ellis Thailand, the
sole leasing agent for Chamchuri Square. “This letting is four times larger than
any other office lease signed in Bangkok, this means that despite the global
economic slowdown, vacancy rates for Bangkok’s grade A central business district
office market will remain low.”
Prapaprot Puprasert, Senior Vice President of Total Access Communication PLC.
said, “We selected Chamchuri Square because the building matched many of our key
requirements, it has great access with a direct link to the MRT’s Samyan
station. You can walk from the station into the basement of Chamchuri Square.
The 3,200 square metre floor plate, one of the largest in Bangkok was also a key
factor along with the reputation of Chulalongkorn University as a landlord. By
signing this lease we are clearly demonstrating our commitment to Thailand.”
Assoc. Prof. Gp.Capt. Permyot Kosolbhand, M.D., Vice President of Chulalongkorn
University said, “We are very pleased to welcome Total Access Communication as a
tenant in Chamchuri Square. We think the advanced design of the development
reflects the spirit of our university.” (CBRE)
