Where are we?

Where are we?

Dear Editor
It is with great amusement that I read your letters from previous issues. Complaints about getting wet, puddles the size of ponds on roads, crass language, whinging about whingers.
I had to check twice were these letters written by people living in the sunny, fun loving Pattaya or in the cold, damp, dreary, wet, recession hit island of Ireland.
Whingers are everywhere in Ireland complaining about getting wet, puddles the size of ponds on the roads, crass language. I always thought this was a result of the Irish weather. I must be wrong. People on the other side of the world moaning in the sun about the same things. Good to only have sun for one full day in Ireland. All the whinging stops. Why not Pattaya?
Regards,
L. Mackin
Ireland (yes it is still raining)
