International School Eastern held its ISE Proms Night 2008 at the Amari Orchid Resort and Tower on May 23, an annual event held just before the ending of the semester to say goodbye to those students who have completed class 6.

The prom king and queen, Jeong Bin Rew and Tashina Cedolin, share their first dance after being announced.

This year, 19 students were leaving, and more than 80 students from secondary education classes 3 to 6 attended. Everyone dined in style before the “Cinderella” dance, in which all the female students left one of their shoes in the middle of the dance floor, and the male students chose the one they liked, taking it to the owner to be their dance partner.
As the evening drew to a close, the King and Queen of the Prom were announced. The King was Jeong Bin Rew, and the Queen was Tashina Cedolin. There was also the Prom Prince, Josh Jaruis, and Prom Princess Nam Bunnag.

After choosing which shoe he liked best, “Prince Charming”
returns the shoe to its rightful owner.

The MBA students were joined by undergraduates, alumni, staff, friends and families for a bowling competition. A total of over two hundred people participated, and they were honoured to have Mayor Itthipol to give a brief address and to cut the ribbon to open the event.
The money raised is to be used to help children in the remote Mae Hong Song Province, who are normally deprived of education and other developmental activities, and to provide participation in the Chevron Royal Project for long distance learning / satellite learning.
The students were assisted by the university staff to organise the event at the blu O rhythm & bowl, at the Major Cineplex in Pattaya.
The winning team was made up of one part time MBA student and his friends from Mitsubishi.
