Sontaya Khunplome, Advisor to the Prime Minister (Center), Dr. Thanakhom Manthananont, MD of Phyathai Sriracha Hospital (behind Mr. Sontaya) and many honored guests attended the ribbon cutting ceremony to open the Check-Up & Wellness Center in celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Phyathai Hospital Sriracha.


To build better relationships with the Pattaya press, Mayor Niran Wattanasartsathorn and Pattaya Council members spent two days with members of the press at the Khwan-Nakorn Resort in Nakhorn Nayok province. At the camp the whole group joined in activities to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the media and city officials.


Pakorn Srisook, executive assistant manager of the Montien Hotel, Pattaya in cooperation with the Pattaya City fire department, held their annual ‘fire prevention’ drill at the hotel recently.


It was a double celebration for Bruce Hoppe. Not only was he promoted to VP of Asia Operations, Emerson Electric, Bruce also celebrated his birthday last week. Enjoying the evening at the Henry J Beans Bar & Grill are Bill Hunter, Tom Zofkie, Rungratree Thongsai, Peter Malhotra, Judy and Bruce Hoppe and Aunty Sue.


A-One the Royal Cruise held a “Staff Party Fancy Night” party to have fun and build good relationships between staff and the management of the hotel recently. Fun and games included sports competition, fancy dress contest and a bartender show.


Ms. Chayada Veatsuntri, training manager of the Tide Resort, Bangsaen, welcomed instructors and students from the Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University who were on a management study tour of the resort last week.
