Announcements
The Pattaya International Ladies Club
will host their annual Holiday Bazaar at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort
on October 8. PILC says, “All the stalls have now been sold out, and with
many new vendors this year, as well as familiar faces from previous years,
there should be a wide range of goods for anyone looking for unusual Christmas
gifts and goodies.” There are still raffle tickets left, and you can get

I-TIM, the International Hotel and Tourism Industry
Management School, is now accepting applications for the two-year diploma
in Hotel and Tourism Management commencing in January 2006. Minimum entry
level is M.6 or high school. All nationalities welcome. Each year includes a
five month internship with placement available in all tourist destinations
including Pattaya. Extended salaried internships available overseas in the

The Speaker at the Pattaya City Expats Club meeting
on Sunday September 25 will be Alexander Ilusorio a member of the
department of U.S. Homeland Security who will talk about “U.S. Customs and
Royal Thai Customs Collaborate to Enhance Security of Both Countries” A
topic which answers many of the questions being asked with terrorism attacks
being very much to the fore. Those who went to the Filipino Latin Night at the
A1 Royal Cruise Hotel will remember Alex as the MC on that occasion. As always
there will be time to question the speaker and to contribute your own
questions and information during the Open Forum. A warm welcome
