Dusit Resort, Pattaya Hotel organised a training seminar on Upselling
Technique and Service Beyond Expectation recently. Staff was updated on the
hotel’s newly renovated facilities, instructions on how to answer the
telephone and guidelines on how too impress guests upon their arrival.
