Clubs
Pattaya City Expats Club meets on Sunday mornings at
Henry J Beans Restaurant and Pub at the Amari Orchid Resort at the North End
of Beach Road from 9.30-10.30 for buffet breakfast and from 10-30-12.30 for
entertaining speakers and open forum. Everyone welcome.
Come along and meet with the Pattaya Motorcycle Club
at the “Old Speckled Hen”, Jomtien Beach Road Soi 9, on any Friday
at 8 p.m. Weekly rides to some of Chonburi and Rayong’s beautiful temples,
lakes and beaches, and monthly 2 or 3 day trips to, well, anywhere we want!

Richard and his team at Amor are preparing a
fantastic Thanksgiving Dinner for the American Thanksgiving on
Thursday November 27. Two sittings: 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Reservations highly
recommended. As usual, it is family style service, which means that the
waiters will come to your table with platters full of all the main course
dishes and you can help yourself to as much as you want of everything. They
return as many times as you want! So don’t eat for a few days (or weeks!)

Art Classes at Art Café’s ‘Art
Factory’ every Saturday afternoon given by Miss Beau, a
talented artist from Pattaya. Taught art techniques will include object
coloring, pencil, water and pastel painting, engraving and others. Classes are
held between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday afternoons. All working materials

Rugby World Cup finals: this weekend,

The BCCT Eastern Seaboard Christmas Party is
being held in the gardens of the Amari Orchid Resort on Thursday,
December 4 from 6.30 p.m. A ‘fun for all the family’ event, it will
feature entertainment by the kids of the international schools in the area.

The annual PSC Christmas party is now being
arranged, hopefully it will be the best one yet. There will be an
international buffet, lots of spirits, beer and of course the fabulous lottery
consisting of gold as well as many other nice prizes. The party will again be
held at the Town In Town Hotel, doors open at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December
17. A nominal charge for members is 300 baht, members are allowed to bring one
guest at a charge of 600 baht, the reason for limiting members to one guest is
we expect a full house and do not want to turn members away. Tickets are
required and will be on sale at the Pattaya Sports Club office starting
on Monday, December 1 through till December 16 unless sold out. Please bring
your valid PSC membership card when purchasing tickets.
