Prapat Panyachartrak, minister of Natural Resource & Environment (center) recently presided over a seminar and gave his policy to manage the National Park at Cholburi room of the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel.


Delegates from Bangkok Metropolitan Administration attended training courses at Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC) to learn how to operate a Modern Sanitary Landfill. John L. Hamilton, ESBEC general manager and his team extended a warm welcome and had led the delegates on an informative site tour.


Kathleen Heinecke (3rd from left), director of Minor Holding (Thai) Ltd., was the guest of honor presiding over the Centipede Press Conference, “The beginning of the Dangerous Liaison with Centipedes”, at the Royal Garden Plaza, Pattaya. Boontawee Siengwong (4th from left) will attempt to spend 28 days and nights with 1,000 centipedes and set, for the first time, the world record for “The Longest Stay with Centipedes.” Curious and yet amazed witnesses gathered around Boontawee at Ripley’s Believe It or Not.


Achana Snitwonge Na Ayutdhaya, (left) managing director of the Montien Hotel , Pattaya recently presented cash awards and congratulated Anan Rodpai, (right) winning the gold medal, and Wuttikorn Boonthom, (center) winning the silver medal, for participating in two categories in the Fruit & Vegetables Carving Competition at the Salon Culinary 2003 at BITEC, Bangkok. Friends crowd around with pride as the chef’s take a moment for the glory of winning.


Bill Ford, (center) chairman and CEO of Ford Motor Company, was a recent guest at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort. The head of the world’s second largest auto company was visiting Thailand on a tour of the company’s local plant and for a friendly meeting with Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. Greeting Bill Ford upon his arrival at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort were general manager Alexander Haeusler (left) and resident manager of the Royal Cliff Grand Ranjith Chandrasiri (right).


The management and staff of Garden Beach Resort Pattaya recently organized a birthday party for Sophon Bonchatchainont, general manager at Bay Leaf Restaurant in the hotel. Sophon (first row, center) is amongst the well wishers.


Siam Bayshore Resort won 1st prize for environmental management in Pattaya. Chatchawal, (right) room division manager of the resort receives the award from Pairat Suthithamrongsawat, mayor of Pattaya at City Hall.
