Blue Stone Kids is the newest adventure club in Pattaya for kids aged 7 to 13, every Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. featuring activities such as horse riding, golf, swimming, table tennis and lots of other fun and games. Looking for a Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner? You’ll be happy to know that Caf้ New Orleans, Pattaya’s only authentic American Restaurant will offer a sumptuous roast, stuffed turkey or glazed ham with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, for lunch and dinner, and will continue on the 24th and 25th. Caf้ New Orleans is located in the heart of the entertainment district, Pattayaland Soi 2, between Walking Street and the Royal Garden Plaza. Due to limited seating, reservations are suggested. Visit the Hibachi Restaurant and Bar newly opened at Jomtien Beach opposite the police box for a different dining experience - tabletop Bar-B-Q’s and fondues with a variety of quality meats and seafood and a selection of delicious starters and desserts. Hibachi is now offering daily specials cooked on the Bar-B-Q and a selection of Thai dishes, all at very reasonable prices. Standard spirits are 58 baht for doubles (50ml).

Shenanigans now has a brand new menu featuring the return of many favourites from before, many new items, plus a fantastic new ice cream menu. The all day Sunday Carvery is free for children under 10(ish) with free Pepsi or Sprite for all.

Loy Krathong

Loy Krathong, one of Thailand’s most popular festivals, dates back 700 years to the Sukhothai period. This year it comes around on November 11. The following are some of the local celebrations:

Amari Orchid Resort will celebrate in the garden beginning at 7 p.m. Thai classical shows, music, and Krathong provided, all for 590 baht ++, children up to twelve, 1/2 price. Tel. 428161.
