Police continue raids on ‘Boy’s Town’

On October 24, Pattaya Police raided the ‘15 Club’ on Soi 15, South Pattaya, and the ‘Boy Club Carnation’ as part of their recent crack down on clubs featuring male dancers. Police have been targeting bars with nude dancing and those who sell sexual services.
Police arrested Rammitr Hongsin, 31, of 15 Club and charged him with arranging shows that caused loss of face due to nudity or indecent exposure. Six 18 - 19 year old dancers were also arrested and charged with dancing scantily clad.
Somsak Samerjai, 29, manager of ‘Boy Club Carnation’, was also arrested after police raided his club. He was charged with operating without a license and causing loss of face due to nude dancing. Four dancers were also arrested and taken to the Pattaya Police Station where they were fined 500 baht each.
The owners of the establishments have been sent to court for trial.
