Contractor injured in fall from balcony

A contractor was severely injured after falling off a balcony in Pattaya.
Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan medics were called to Nangsaeb restaurant on Third Road May 13 where Rojanaporn Vaso, 34, laid on the ground with a skull fracture and other injuries. He was transported to Banglamung Hospital for treatment.
The victim’s boss, Surat Kanjanacharoen, said he was hired by the owner of restaurant to renovate the balcony, which is an addition from the building above underground parking. However, while Rojanaporn was working on the balcony, he slipped on the steel beams, causing the entire plywood floor and himself to crash down.
