Pattaya pub musician dies after leaving Facebook suicide post

A musician who left a suicide note on Facebook was found dead in his
Pattaya apartment.
Kriangsak Hobgratok, 24, was found less than five hours after apparently
ingesting pesticide in his room at Marisa Place on Soi Prapanimitr April
30. A friend of the Nakhon Ratchasima native said the victim had been
depressed because his girlfriend recently broke up with him.
The friend told police that, shortly before dying, the band member at a
Pattaya pub had posted what amounted to a suicide note on his Facebook
page giving people his location and asking friends to take his body
home.
In the post, he also asked that someone tell his ex-girlfriend that “her
boyfriend had gone to sleep forever. I am in sound mind. I am just tired
with life and depressed with everything. Everyone please forgive me.”
