Day, Green Pattaya and the Rotary Club Eastern Seaboard are organizing a beach
clean-up campaign at Pattaya’s Cosy Beach, Pratamnak Hill on Saturday, June 8
from 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Volunteers are desperately needed to help rejuvenate one
of the city’s least well-maintained beaches. Alternatively, anyone wishing to
sponsor the event can bring along plastic bags to put rubbish in or refreshments
such soft drinks and water for the volunteer cleaners. All donations will be

For the past 28 years the Samaritans of Thailand have been providing
confidential crisis intervention services over the telephone. The
English-speaking unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7
days a week to provide support to the expatriate community. English-speaking
staff, trained in crisis intervention will provide active, non-judgmental and
empathetic listening services on the phone. All calls will be handled on an

America is a social group in Pattaya that helps American Veterans and their
dependants with benefit assistance related to the Veterans Administration,
Social Security and service related agencies. There is no charge for our
