Overlove Music Festival fills Silverlake Vineyard with romance

Tor Saksit shows off his piano skills with a love song.

Warunya Thongrod
More than 10,000 Thai music fans were put into the mood for romance as Media Wrap and the Silverlake Vineyard hosted the second Overlove Music Festival.
Top Thai acts including Burin Boonwisut, ETC, Bee Peerapat, Peet Peera, Thee Chaiyadej, Black Head, Tattoo Colour, Ben Chalatit, Q Flure, Two Popthorn, Scrubb, Watcharawalee, Tor Saksit and Mild entertained for 11 hours, quickly making people forget the traffic jams that led to the Pattaya-area park.
Rimi Nique earned applause for such sweet love songs as “If I Ain’t Got You”, “The Only Way Out,” “Sunday,” “Crush On Life,” “Only Love,” “Avatar Love” and “Invisible.”

Bee Peerapat performs for the Overlove Music Festival 2013 at Silverlake Vineyard Pattaya.

Peet Pira took a more-bittersweet tone with “Jeb Kwa Jaak” and “Kwam Rak Dee Dee Yoo Thi Nai,” while Thee Chaiyadej performed an acoustic set with songs including “Fun Pai” and “Silicon.”
Watcharawalee got the audience dancing while Tor Saksith and Two Popthorn set off screams as they did their duet.

Ben Chalatit, the king of love songs, immerses his fans in deep emotion with his unique voice.

Music gets the fans to their feet at the festival.

As many as 10,000 people turned up for this year’s Overlove Music Festival.

Buddha Hill provides a great backdrop for the festival.

Soothing sounds from Rimi Nique filter through the grounds.
