Skål International Pattaya and East Thailand to host Spirit of Hospitality Seminar

Skål International Pattaya and East Thailand will be organizing a very special training workshop for future leaders that includes attendance at the clubs monthly networking night held March 29, 2014 on the beach at the Pinnacle Grand Resort Jomtien.

 

The Spirit of Hospitality Workshop will run from 1-9pm (including coffee break and entrance to the annual Spring Fling).

Scott Michael Smith, Assumption University lecturer for the Department of Hospitality and Tourism and popular industry trainer will be organizing the training seminar for future leaders in the tourism. The Spirit of Hospitality program offers the latest training strategies to deliver exceptional service. This seminar will empower all employees to strive for service excellence and create memorable guest experiences.

Participants will receive a Spirit of Hospitality Certificate and the tools needed to bring the Spirit of Hospitality back to their property.  The program includes several short videos, many energizing activities, discussions, a few lectures and a lot of surprises. The second half of the program is sure to inspire your team to exceed expectations every time, focusing on improving the leadership, management and coaching skills needed to be the best. All seminars are presented in English.

After the workshop, future leaders are invited to join the Spring Fling on the beach which is expected to have over 200 Pattaya locals and expats in attendance. The ‘Spring Fling’, in cooperation with the Rotary Club Phönix Pattaya, includes dinner, drinks and wonderful entertainment from local and international musicians.
