PATTAYA, Thailand – At SF Strike Bowl, 6th floor of Central Pattaya shopping center, Chonburi Governor Thawatchai Srithong presided over the opening ceremony of the Charity Bowling Tournament for Pattaya Nightlife Entrepreneurs. Joining the event were Pattaya City Mayor Poramet Ngampichet and former Minister of Culture Sonthaya Kunplome. The tournament was organized by Ms. Lisa Hamilton, President of the Pattaya Nightlife Business Association (PNBA), who also served as the event chairperson.

The tournament aimed to foster cooperation between the private and public sectors and to raise funds for public benefit initiatives. The event was held under three main objectives: to strengthen collaboration between nightlife entrepreneurs, businesses, and government agencies; to use proceeds (after expenses) for social activities such as educational scholarships; and to reserve a portion of the funds to support association members affected by economic crises or disasters.

The competition followed a “Fun Spare Style Doubles” format, with each team of three players (no gender or age restrictions) competing in two games. Winners were determined by the highest total pinfall. This year saw a record participation of 144 teams from a wide range of business sectors across Pattaya.

Leaders gather to promote collaboration between nightlife businesses and public agencies through a fun and purposeful event.

The event aims to raise funds for education and community aid while strengthening local partnerships.
