The British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) extends its sincerest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Mr. Paul Cheesman, who passed away peacefully on the morning of 18th May 2025 following a three-month illness. He will be greatly missed.
Paul was a long-standing and respected member of the British community in Thailand through his deep involvement with the British Club Bangkok – a BCCT member since 1998. Joining the Club in 1999 shortly after his arrival from the UK, Paul made a lasting contribution over 18 years as Honorary Secretary on the General Committee of the British Club. His leadership, dedication, and attention to detail were instrumental in strengthening the Club’s governance and expanding its engagement with the wider British and business communities.
BCCT is proud to have partnered with the British Club during Paul’s years of service and honours his contribution to the wider British business and social community in Thailand.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Cheesman family during this difficult time.

Transportation will be provided from Christ Church to the cremation venue following the funeral service.
