Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul visited OTOP Midyear 2026 for the fifth consecutive day as the event recorded 438.7 million baht in sales.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and his spouse, Thananon Charnvirakul, visited OTOP Midyear 2026 for the fifth consecutive day on June 24, touring exhibition booths, meeting entrepreneurs, and supporting locally made products. The prime minister met with exhibitors, viewed a wide variety of OTOP products, and said the strong public response reflected continued improvements in the quality and appeal of community-made goods.



Organizers reported total sales of 438.7 million baht from June 20 to 24. The most popular sections were the OTOP Five Product Categories, OTOP Artists, OTOP Chuan Chim, OTOP Premium, and OTOP Startup zones, while Surin, Chanthaburi, Sukhothai, Lamphun, and Chiang Mai recorded the highest cumulative sales. The event runs through June 28 at Challenger Halls 1-3 of the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center in Nonthaburi. Visitors can also use the Thais Help Thais Plus benefit through the Paotang application to purchase eligible products while supporting community businesses nationwide. (NNT)
