The SRT has temporarily adjusted routes and suspended 10 southern train services following severe flooding caused by continuous rain since 26 November.

THAI TRAVEL ADVICE: The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) has temporarily adjusted routes and suspended 10 southern train services following severe flooding caused by continuous rain since 26 November.

Adjusted Routes:

  • Rapid Train No. 169/170: Krung Thep Aphiwat – Yala revised to Krung Thep Aphiwat – Phatthalung.



Suspended Services:

  • Special Express No. 31/32: Krung Thep Aphiwat – Hat Yai Junction.
  • Special Express No. 37/38: Krung Thep Aphiwat – Sungai Kolok.
  • Special Express No. 45/46: Krung Thep Aphiwat – Padang Besar.
  • Rapid Train No. 171/172: Krung Thep Aphiwat – Sungai Kolok.

Passengers can request refunds at any train station or contact the SRT hotline at 1690 for updates.  (TAT)
