Bangkok – Women’s movements on Saturday honored female leaders who have contributed to the empowerment of Thai women.

The Women’s Development Association and the Women’s Reform Network of Thailand arranged an event to recognize and honor eight exemplary individuals such as Commerce Minister Chutima Bunyapraphasara and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, Atcharin Pattanaphanchai.

These and other female leaders have brought recognition to Thailand, empowered Thai women, and conducted themselves in the most professional manner.

The activity was also meant to encourage Thai women to stand up for themselves, work hard, and not to give up on their goals.
