NHA TRANG, Vietnam – Suchata Chuangsri concluded her reign as Miss World 2025 at the Miss World 2026 pageant, wearing a cream-white Thai Siwalai dress as she passed the crown to Joheirry Mola of the Dominican Republic. Her farewell appearance showcased traditional Thai textiles and craftsmanship before an international audience. Created by Vanus Couture and Dr. Sun Soodket, the ensemble, titled The Garden of Purpose, was crafted from Lamphun Yok Dok silk woven with silver and gold metallic threads. Embroidered trees, branches, leaves, and flowers represented Suchata’s journey throughout her year as Miss World.
The botanical details were inspired by the garden metaphor she used during the 2025 competition, tracing a journey from planting a seed to seeing it bloom. Silver threads complemented the crystals and Miss World crown, while gold tones conveyed the intricate character of Thai craftsmanship. Crystal embellishments across the fabric evoked light flowing from the crown into branches and blossoming flowers. The fully blooming garden symbolized the completion of Suchata’s year of growth, responsibility, and purpose. By choosing traditional Thai attire for her final appearance as Miss World 2025, Suchata ended her reign with a celebration of Thailand’s cultural heritage, textile traditions, and artistry on the global stage.
