To honor His Majesty the King
Sombat Tour will be giving away 89 seats for free every single day until January 24, 2017 so that people can travel to Bangkok to honor His Majesty the King at the Grand Palace in Bangkok.
Worawith Tiesakul, the Manager of Sombat Tour, Chiang Mai told Chanchai Keelapang, the Director of Chiang Mai Transport Office, that the company will be offering free tickets daily to passengers wishing to travel to Bangkok to pay their respects at the Grand Palace. He asked that interested people contact the company for tickets on the first class air conditioned buses in advance. Buses leave three times a day at 9 a.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. People wanting to travel can contact the counter of Sombat Tour at Chiang Mai Arcade 1 and 2 and at office of Sombat Tour, Star Avenue Project, or call for information at 053-304041 or Call Center 1215.
The Director of the Chiang Mai Transport Office said the office supports this project o offering 89 seats for 89 days and said it would help helpful for those wishing to pay their respects to HM the King. He added that the State Railway of Thailand may find itself fully booked and this would help a great deal.
