RAYONG, Thailand – Severe flooding has affected large parts of Rayong, with Klaeng District among the hardest-hit areas, while residents across the province continue to need urgent assistance. Many communities remain inundated, leaving people trapped inside their homes and unable to travel safely. Local residents and response teams are facing a continuing need for food, drinking water, evacuation assistance and other essential supplies.
The situation has been particularly serious in low-lying communities in Klaeng, where floodwater has affected homes and roads and made access difficult for rescue teams trying to reach residents.
The scale of this year’s flooding has placed heavy pressure on communities across Rayong, with many residents still waiting for help while floodwater remains in residential areas. Authorities and rescue teams are continuing efforts to reach affected households, while residents in flooded areas are being advised to remain alert and seek assistance when necessary.
