PRD Director-General Sudruetai Lertkasem inspects Radio Thailand Khon Kaen’s staff housing project, stressing transparency, timely completion, and improved welfare for regional personnel.

KHON KAEN, Thailand – Director-General of the Public Relations Department Sudruetai Lertkasem has inspected Radio Thailand Khon Kaen on July 18, 2026, to review progress on the government staff housing project and to enhance regional management and employee welfare. ​The delegation was welcomed by Director of the Public Relations Office Region 1 Sombat Chairat and regional officials, and was briefed on the construction of the residences and related facilities.



​During the visit, the Director-General outlined three priorities for regional operations: improving personnel management to enhance the effectiveness of provincial offices; ensuring that government information is delivered to the public accurately and promptly; and managing budgets in accordance with approved plans, with transparency, cost-effectiveness, and clear public benefit. ​The housing project aims to improve the quality of life for PRD personnel, especially public relations and technical staff who maintain broadcasting systems and provide services for 19 hours daily.

The Director-General directed the Public Relations Regional Office 1 to closely monitor the project, ensuring construction meets required standards, complies with government regulations, and is completed on schedule. ​The inspection also highlighted the need to use public funds efficiently to ensure the project delivers lasting benefits for both the station and its personnel. (NNT)
