Minister Supamas Isarabhakdi orders a one-week inspection of TOPUP 2 RICH following complaints from more than 10 people, with claims of losses still under investigation.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Minister Attached to the Prime Minister’s Office Supamas Isarabhakdi has instructed the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) to accelerate its investigation of TOPUP 2 RICH COMPANY LIMITED and complete an on-site inspection within one week, following complaints from over 10 individuals. Complainants submitted petitions to the OCPB on September 1, 2026, requesting a review of the company’s business operations. Supamas stated that officials must examine original documents and transactions from all parties, not just claims.

The Minister noted that the investigation will distinguish between payments for access to the ITS system and payments for participation in the company’s business plan. Officials will review purchase orders, invoices, payment records, registrations, system access delivery, goods and services received, system usage, RV points, marketing plans, compensation eligibility, and benefits received.

The company will have the opportunity to present explanations and system records for comparison with evidence from individual complainants.

According to the OCPB, the company has been registered as a direct-sales business since 2012. Eight previous complaints filed between 2013 and 2026 regarding business participation and refund requests were resolved through negotiation and refunds. The OCPB reported that claims of over 40 affected individuals and losses exceeding 100 million baht have not been confirmed. Officials will verify each case before determining actual losses.

The matter is currently before the court, and no final judgment has been issued. The OCPB stated its review will remain within its legal authority and will not interfere with judicial proceedings. The Minister stressed that consumer protection officials will operate with full transparency and will take swift action if they uncover any fraudulent advertising or breaches of regulations. (NNT)
