BANGKOK, Thailand – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched “Thai Serve,” a three-day event under the Year of Culinary Journeys campaign, taking place from October 3 to 5 at One Bangkok Park. Presided over by TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool, the event showcases Thai cuisine and beverages as key elements in promoting tourism and community growth.

More than 100 food and drink booths present regional dishes, street food, and local beverages. A CRAFT HUB features products from Chiang Mai, Nakhon Pathom, Ubon Ratchathani, Chonburi, and Phuket, giving visitors a chance to experience distinctive ingredients and traditional methods from around the country.

Daily demonstrations by chefs and bartenders bring the “5 Must Do” culinary experiences to life through cooking shows, mixology sessions, and cocktail workshops. The cultural exhibition “Taste of Siam” explores the history of Thai liquors, linking traditional knowledge with the country’s modern craft scene.

The event also offers free evening concerts by popular artists, including PROXIE, Getsunova, and Palmy, alongside DJ performances throughout the three days. Visitors can also enjoy interactive spaces such as themed photo booths that capture the spirit of the festival.

TAT forecasts attendance of more than 80,000 and tourism-related revenue exceeding 135 million baht, with organizers anticipating that the event will reach an audience of over 62 million through both on-site participation and digital platforms. (NNT)
