The PJ Bar and Pool on Soi Khao Noi held a fundraiser on Friday 5th July for Bill Louth, a 94-year-old pensioner who uses a wheelchair, who has recently come out of hospital. The fundraiser was organised by Cyril ‘Chris” Gibbins and Neil Ormsby to cover some of Bill’s ongoing medical bills.

A raffle was held which raised 7,600 baht and President Graham Hunt-Crowley of the Rotary Club of Jomtien-Pattaya donated 5,000 baht to the fund. Three of the raffle winners donated back their prizes to be auction, which means that a total 14,600 baht was raised that night.
