Deep Climbing features four areas to match the skill levels of participants: Junior beginner, young beginner, adult beginner and an open area for all levels.

For the opening, Thai national rock climbers demonstrated techniques and gave lectures on methods and best practices.

Jirat said the gym is aimed at both Thais and foreigners with a love of the sport and is staffed by world-class professionals.

Construction of the 11-meter rock-climbing wall was based on international standards in cooperation of the Sport Climbing Association of Thailand to ensure safety.

Future expansion is planned with a goal of making Harbor Mall a base for the Thai national climbing team, he said.
