PATTAYA, Thailand – Jomtien firefighters responded to a safety call on Wednesday evening, July 22, removing and destroying a wasp nest hidden in an outdoor area of a building in Jomtien. At around 8:04 p.m., Pattaya City Fire Station’s Jomtien unit dispatched patrol vehicle 407 with officers to handle the nest, which was located beneath a stack of plastic chairs under a staircase leading to the second floor in Soi Jomtien 14/3.

Firefighters safely carried out the operation and destroyed the nest, preventing potential danger to residents and visitors using the area. Authorities reminded the public not to attempt removing wasp nests themselves, as disturbing them can create safety risks, and advised people to contact emergency services for assistance.
