Although sunlight has occasionally broken through the clouds, conditions remain unsettled following several days of heavy rain and flooding across parts of Pattaya.
Residents in low-lying and flood-prone areas are advised to keep monitoring weather updates and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions, particularly when travelling or moving through areas that have already experienced flooding.
