PATTAYA, Thailand – Authorities from Jomtien City Enforcement and Life Guard Pattaya quickly responded to control a woman experiencing a mental health episode. Witnesses reported she ran across moving vehicles and climbed onto parked cars, alarming locals and passersby.
Preliminary inquiries revealed she had a domestic dispute with her mother and husband in Soi 3 before the incident. Officials managed to safely calm her down and ensured she received care to regain composure.
