PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya municipal officers and beach lifeguards took a man for medical assessment after he was reportedly behaving aggressively and threatening tourists near Soi 13/3 on Pattaya Beach. The incident was reported on September 19 after officials found the man sitting alone near the entrance to Soi 13/3, talking to himself and displaying aggressive behavior.

Witnesses reported that he had shouted at and threatened tourists in the area, prompting Pattaya municipal officers and beach lifeguards to intervene and bring the situation under control.

The man was taken to Pattaya Bhattamakun Hospital for medical evaluation, where doctors were expected to assess his condition and provide appropriate care. Officials said people who encounter similar incidents or need assistance can contact Pattaya City Contact Center 1337.
