PATTAYA, Thailand — City officers issued a violation notice to a business operator after a pickup truck was found driven onto Pattaya Beach to tow jet skis, in breach of local regulations that prohibit vehicle use on the beach.
Authorities reminded both business operators and the public to help maintain the beach’s cleanliness, order, and safety. Anyone witnessing violations is urged to report them by calling 1337.
