Pattaya motorcyclist hurt in baht bus crash

Paramedics give emergency treatment to Sunita Thepmanee after her bike clipped a baht bus that pulled out onto the street.

A Pattaya woman was badly hurt when her motorbike clipped a baht bus whose front end was too far into traffic.

Paramedics found Sunita Thepmanee, 42, unconscious and cut up in front of 7-Eleven on Soi Khopai 5 Jan. 4. She was not wearing a helmet and had a gash on her head. Sunita was transported to Banglamung Hospital.



Baht bus driver Narong Pinkaew, 61, said he was waiting to pull out of the convenience store’s parking lot and admitted the hood of his truck was jutting into a lane of traffic. Sunita didn’t see it in time and hit the pickup.
