Pattaya officials are hunting down employees of a Koh Larn restaurant caught on video dumping food waste into the sea.
Mayor Sonthaya Kunplome said March 8 that he’d dispatched relevant authorities to track down the four workers and cite the restaurant for illegal dumping.
He noted, however, that violation of Marine Department regulations carries only a warning for the first offense with fines for repeated incidents.
