Pattaya hosts budget office delegation to plan FY 2027 spending for city development

Mayor Poramet Ngampichet welcomes the Office of the Budget delegation at Pattaya City Hall as officials present project updates for FY 2570 (2027) planning.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Mayor Poramet Ngampichet welcomed Ms. Nattawadee Mathong, Director of Security Budget Planning 1, Office of the Budget, and her team for a site visit and briefing on projects funded through multi-year budgets and completed initiatives. The visit aims to provide the Office of the Budget with comprehensive information for preparing Pattaya’s FY 2570 (2027) expenditure plan, ensuring effective city development.



Joining the mayor were Deputy Mayor Manot Nongyai, advisors, assistant secretaries, and heads of relevant municipal departments. The delegation participated in presentations at Meeting Room 131, Pattaya City Hall, covering a range of projects including traffic control operations (CCR), the Central Pattaya Traffic Tunnel, smart classrooms at Pattaya City School 7, Eastern Sports Complex, Youth Sports Center, Pattaya tourist piers, as well as waste management and wastewater treatment on Koh Larn.


During the 12–14 November visit, the delegation received briefings on project progress, challenges, and operational insights. Their observations and recommendations will inform the city’s FY 2570 budget proposals under the strategic plan to enhance decentralized local governance, helping ensure efficient allocation of resources and continued advancement of Pattaya’s development projects.
