PATTAYA, Thailand – The weather in Pattaya continues to remain hot and humid, with daytime temperatures hovering around the low to mid-30°C range, while unstable atmospheric conditions are increasing the chance of sudden localized rain and thunderstorms over the coming days.

According to the latest forecast, the coastal city is experiencing strong heat during the day under partly cloudy skies, creating uncomfortable conditions for residents and tourists in areas such as Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach.

Meteorologists note that while the overall pattern remains dominated by heat and humidity, brief but intense rain showers may occur, particularly in the afternoon and evening hours. These sudden downpours are expected to be scattered and short-lived, but could temporarily reduce visibility and cause slippery road conditions.

Thunderstorms are also possible on some days, driven by local heat buildup combined with unstable air masses in the region. Residents are advised to stay alert for rapid weather changes, especially when outdoors or traveling along coastal roads.

Despite the rain risk, sunshine will still dominate much of the daytime hours, maintaining warm sea conditions and continued beach activity across Pattaya.

Authorities recommend carrying rain protection while staying hydrated, as the combination of heat and sudden showers remains the key weather pattern for the period.
