
PATTAYA, Thailand – Firefighters in Pattaya quickly contained a grass fire along the railway road near the Four Regions Floating Market on Sunday evening, preventing the blaze from spreading to nearby areas. At 18:13 on June 28, the Pattaya City Fire Station, Jomtien District, dispatched fire truck “Sakorn 53” with three officers after receiving a grass fire report along the roadside parallel to the railway, just before the entrance to the Four Regions Floating Market, South of Pattaya.
Fire crews arrived promptly and used water hoses to extinguish the flames, successfully bringing the situation under control. No injuries or property damage were reported. Authorities urged the public to remain cautious during dry conditions, as roadside grass fires can ignite and spread rapidly due to heat and wind.
