A motorcyclist died after slamming into the back of a parked truck in Sattahip.
A shirtless Worachid Salaklang, 26, died of a broken neck in the April 5 collision with an Isuzu Dmax on Soi Thongjuautid.
Pickup driver Suchart Thanongwong, 51, said he had pulled over on the side of the road at his brother’s house and Worachid simply plowed into the back of him at high speed.
