PATTAYA, Thailand – Municipal officers at Jomtien Beach assisted a Thai man who was experiencing chest tightness and difficulty breathing, coordinating with Sawang Boriboon rescuers to provide initial medical assistance. Officers also cleared the way for the ambulance to ensure he could be taken to hospital promptly for further examination and treatment.
