PATTAYA, Thailand – Jomtien municipal officers checked on a Thai man found sleeping on Jomtien Beach in Pattaya after reportedly remaining there from late at night until the morning of September 30. Officials found the man showing signs of heavy intoxication and woke him before asking about his condition.
After speaking with him, officers determined that he was still able to look after himself and walk back to his accommodation. They advised him to return carefully and then left the area. Pattaya City reminded residents and visitors that incidents requiring municipal assistance can be reported through the 1337 Pattaya City Contact Centre.
