PATTAYA, Thailand – Banglamung District and Pattaya City have ordered owners to remove structures, vehicles, boats and other attached equipment from public land near the road leading to Khao Phra Tamnak at Bali Hai, South Pattaya, by October 31, 2026.
The notice covers structures built or placed on the public area, as well as cars, boats and other trailers or equipment occupying the site. Authorities said the area will be improved with landscaping and new public lighting so it can be used by residents and visitors as a shared public space in accordance with the law. Owners are being given until October 31, 2026 to dismantle structures and move vehicles, boats and other equipment away from the designated public area.
The notice states that if the items remain after the deadline, Banglamung District and Pattaya City will take further action under the Criminal Code and other relevant laws. The move is part of efforts to reorganise the public area at one of Pattaya’s prominent access points around Bali Hai and Khao Phra Tamnak.
