PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya municipal officers and police detained a homeless person accused of stealing from a tourist near the Dusit Thani Curve along North Beach Road on Aug. 31. Officials from Pattaya City’s municipal enforcement unit and Pattaya Police Station conducted an operation in the area following a report of theft involving a tourist. Photos from the scene showed a mobile phone and wallet among the items recovered during the operation.

The suspect was taken to Pattaya Police Station for further investigation and legal proceedings.
